Gates will open to Adelaide Oval at 5pm.

We recommend anyone attending the National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant at Adelaide Oval to arrive between 5.00pm to 6.00pm to allow enough time to find your seats and get settled in for a wonderful night!

There will be pre-pageant entertainment from 5pm - 7pm with a special ceremony from 6.30pm. 

The National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant will officially begin at 7pm and finish at approximately 9pm.

Please make sure you read all the COVID Safety measures in place before attending.


Lost child/person safety at the National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant

We are encouraging everyone attending the National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant to take a photo of their child/vulnerable person and retain this on their mobile when at the Oval. If their child/person they are responsible for become lost – it allows SA Police to see what the person looks like and what they are wearing.

There will be wristbands available at turnstiles and at merchandising booths for parents/guardians/carers to write on and put on the wrist of of their child/person they are responsible for. Please bring a permanent marker with you so you can write your information on the wristband.

What time do gates open?

Gates will open at Adelaide Oval from 5pm. 

What time does the National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant start?

The National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant will officially start at 7pm, however we recommend getting to the event between 5pm - 6pm to allow for safe entry into the oval, finding your seats and enjoying the pre-pageant entertainment. 

How can I find my seats?

If you have any trouble finding your seats please ask Adelaide Oval staff who will be able to assist. You can see the Adelaide Oval seating map here.

Can I bring food in?

Yes, you are able to bring food and drinks into Adelaide Oval for the event. Please note that you are not allowed to bring glass bottles, cans or eskies.

Refreshments will also be available for purchase from the kiosks at the venue.

Can I buy food at the event?

Yes there will be food available for purchase at Adelaide Oval. Please note payment for food, beverages and car parking is by card only.

You will need to take your refreshments back to your seat to consume.

Can I sell my ticket?

No. Tickets cannot be on-sold. Adelaide Oval has the right to refuse any unauthorised tickets that may have been purchased by an unauthorised seller. You may be required to present identification upon entry into the venue.

If you cannot attend the event, you can transfer your tickets by using Ticketeks Mobile Ticket Sharing system. We want to make sure all allocated seats are filled so please make sure if you are transferring the ticket, they go to another family who can use all the tickets.

Can I give my tickets to someone else?

Will there be free public transport?

Yes, free public transport will be provided.  If you have a National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant ticket, and are catching public transport, simply show your digital Pageant tickets for free transport in.

Does my child need a ticket if they will be sitting on my lap?

Yes, everyone including children and babies will be allocated a seat and need a ticket to enter due to complying with COVID Safe regulations.

Can I bring a pram?

We are encouraging people attending the National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant not to bring prams due to the limited space available and our COVID Safe measures that are in place. We understand this is not going to be possible for some, so we will have a monitored pram parking area that will operate like a cloaking system. Please note that prams are not allowed inside Adelaide Oval and the National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant will not be taking responsibility for any missing valuable or personal items.
